We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager reports to the CEO.
Romega Software is a development agency that specializes in the launch of revenue-supported and business operation-centric systems through proven methods of determining viable product increments, measuring cost-value, and organizing development efforts.
We are excited to be the development partner of a well-capitalized SaaS product in the real estate space. The requirements of this project have increased the demand on our team and processes and are allowing us the opportunity to scale our operations. While we support many software products, this role will be primarily responsible for this project.
Responsibilities include
Manage budget, risk, schedule, and contracts with our customer (who acts as the product manager) Organize product needs along with the Senior Developer Technical Lead Verify what is being delivered by the development team matches the customers’ business requirements as well as any front end work matches design expectations Implement methodologies for controlling the project delivery This individual is responsible for documenting processes and scaling their role to future project managers Share best practices with team members and managers Support sales staff in creating epics for rough estimates and features for detailed estimates Help determine effort, cost, and resource availability to create competitive and profitable project estimates The project manager reports to the CEO. This role is expected to provide periodic proactive communication on project statuses as well as identify ways to mitigate any roadblocks While development experience is not required, familiarity with the Laravel framework is a plus
Day to Day
Communicate with clients to update expectations on timelines, deliverables, and budgets Communicate with Senior Developer Technical Lead to update expectations on timelines, deliverables, and budgets Receive new product updates from the Development team, utilize the new features to provide feedback, and verify product acceptance against the customer’s business requirements. The Project Manager will act as the testing engineer for quality assurance before sending features to the customer for review. Support the sales team to provide epics for rough estimates Support the sales team to provide features for detailed estimates. Review documentation for processes and make updates or additions when necessary Update management on project statuses as well as raise concerns
