About the role:

We have an opportunity for a Senior Agile Project Manager to join our team in London developing cloud-based software solutions for clinical trials. You will manage internal software development projects in a regulated environment. The Senior Agile Project Manager will also work across the portfolio with Product Managers, functional partners, and management to ensure standardised processes are established across the software development lifecycle and release management to improve the development of high-quality, high-value software products within an Agile environment.

Your experience:

• Previous project experience managing technology intense application projects Background in applying rigorous project management practices
• A history of delivering commercial software products, on-budget with the agreed-upon scope
• Experience implementing large-scale systems
• Agile, SCRUM
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum SDLC
• Experience managing release planning till release deployment

Your competencies:

• Can demonstrate command and control of meetings
• Can construct presentation material, and bring it, to audiences of any level
• Full responsibility for release planning: management of project timelines, scope and - milestones for one or more projects. Manage the complete Software Development - Lifecycle
• Oversee product release coordination. Ensure smooth collaboration among extended - team members for each product release Maintain project plans, issues lists, status reports, and meeting agendas with action items
• Perform Scrum Master functions: schedules and lead the release planning, sprint - planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and daily scrum activities
• Perform metrics-driven release tracking, Team performance, Product Quality reporting Lead product teams in adopting Agile / Scrum methodology through training
