Job Description:

We are now looking for new team members to join the newly formed Product Intelligence team in London, where our goal is to empower key stakeholders in Product to have excellent competitive resources at hand for their product decisions – in turn impacting our product roadmaps. Our monitoring and research coverage includes product trends and emerging technologies in our industry, as well as in adjacent industries and the wider digital/ entertainment environment. To make this happen, you will use your own drive and initiative to produce, deliver and communicate on sound, trusted, transparent and relevant product intelligence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Produce sound, trusted and relevant product intelligence
  • Plan and schedule to collect and collate product intelligence in a transparent manner Conduct thorough research and analysis processes to create relevant end-user focused intelligence recommendations
  • Empower Product stakeholders with your actionable insights and recommendations
  • Deliver and communicate your outputs in a clear, concise, and relevant manner to stakeholders’ needs, in the agreed scope and time. Assist in keeping Entain’s product function aligned to movements within our competitive landscape and in broader e-commerce
  • Monitor and report on relevant developments and trends within Entain’s competitive landscape, incl. new product innovations, competitor movements and markets trends, and in the broader digital e-commerce space with particular focus on emerging competitive threats and opportunities

What we need from you:

Essential:

  • Strong passion for sports, gaming and technology, and for products catering to those experiences
  • 2+ years of experience in business/ product, preferably involving some research
  • Full confidence of analyzing data in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-management and commitment to deliver in time and agreed scope
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities
  • Fluent English, written and spoken

Desired:

  • Experience with sports betting and/ or gambling; either from a personal interest or from working in the industry
  • Use of other tools to analyze and visualize data, as Tableau
  • Project mgmt. experience
  • Demonstrated experience on delivering formal presentations, preferably to decision-makers
  • Knowledge of tools and frameworks in business analysis
