To meet the growing demand for AWS Services around the globe, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people to enable our Region Expansion program. Specifically, we are looking for a highly analytical Business Intelligence Engineer to help develop data solutions and generate insights that will help us launch, run and manage AWS Regions more efficiently and effectively.

• Data analysis is at the core of Amazon’s culture, and your work will have a direct impact on decision-making and strategy for our organization. You will be gathering customer requirements and insights, mining data, working with software development and operations teams, creating data-driven dashboards, and helping senior leaders make key business decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical abilities, business acumen and judgment, strong technical skills and superior written and verbal communication skills. Key job responsibilities:

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
• Partner with operations/business/finance teams to discover, design and implement KPIs Work with the team to prototype and automate solutions
• Design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics to enable the team to scale as we grow our team’s data analytics capability
• Aggregate and analyse data from multiple sources and compile it into a digestible and actionable format
