You will be based in one of the Electrolux factories in Poland, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4.0 investment. Here you will interact with different functions of the organization such as Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain with the common goal to create the appliances of the future.

As a location we consider one of our 5 factories : Oława, Świdnica, Siewierz, Żarów, Zabrze.

The Cyber Security Specialist will mainly coordinate the implementation of Electrolux OT Security Framework requirements and other activities related to IT/OT Cyber Security in the factories. He/she will liaise with local Factory IT Teams and coordinate all activities related to the connectivity, traceability and auditing of OT devices in production environment. He/she will be the reference point of contact for the Business for any new Machinery connectivity request in OT environment. He/she will act as Factory IT Team expert for all the topics related to IT/OT Cyber Security, interfacing/liaising with Global Security Team and other Global IT departments.

Your main tasks:

•Be the IT/OT Cyber Security point of contact for all Polish factories.

•Be Factory IT Team interface with OT Security Manager, supporting his function within IT area

•Support local Factory IT Teams defining OT Firewall policies and roles, in compliance with the OT Security framework

•Participate and lead projects in the area of security governance and building target IT/OT security operating models

•Become the interface of Purchasing/Engineering offices for every new equipment to be installed in the factories if network connection is required (HMIs, PLCs, Robots, Smartglass, Android devices, IoT…).

•Support/coordinate new VPN requests for external vendors access (SINEMA for Siemens PLC and Beyond Trust/Juniper for server)

•Perform OT risk assessment and internal audits

•Approve relevant OT Changes in the factories

•Keep and update OT devices mapping, documentation and inventory of the factories

•Become the Factory IT Team’s expert in terms of Cyber Security and Antivirus/Anti Malware policies, with a specific training formation.

•Acts as IT/OT Information Security authority at Factory Level

Qualifications:

•Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, in particular OS, Network devices and Firewalls

•Good knowledge of in configuration and administration of MS Windows, Linux, Android OS

•Good knowledge of IT/OT Cyber Security area and antimalware/antivirus applications

•Good knowledge of industrial engineering, manufacturing and lean processes

•Basic knowledge of Quality process, specifically audit and role compliance

•Basic knowledge of ERP systems and process control applications will be a plus

•Basic knowledge of Industrial printers, Barcode readers, PLC, IoT and wearable devices will be a plus

•Passion for innovation and digitalization, creative, curious, and problem solver

•Good attitude for working with different internal and external Teams and Vendors

Good communication skills

•Capability to work within a multinational team

•Required languages: Fluent English and Polish, written and spoken

•Min. 2-3 years experiences at similar position
