Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and hard-working designer with skills in UX design and a portfolio that demonstrates this. You will have completed further or higher education in a relevant creative subject.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy, dynamic team and have substantial input working on a wide variety of live client projects.
The role involves working closely with clients to understand their brief and requirements, generating initial website wireframes and visuals, then refining them into a final design based on client feedback. You’ll then work with the development team, answering their questions as they implement the design. Knowledge of responsive website design is essential to create the best user experience.
We are open to flexible working and this role can be full, part of flexi-working.

- Starting salary: £30,000 - 40,000 FTE, dependent on experience

Essential Skills
- You will regularly call and email clients so an excellent standard of written and spoken English is essential
- A keen eye for design and detail
- An open mind and a willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent time management skills in order to meet short deadlines and keep projects on track
- Effectively communicate ideas, problems and progress with other team members
- Comfortable working with either Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch (currently we predominantly use Adobe XD)
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Desirable Skills
- Video editing and motion graphics skills such as Adobe Animate and Adobe After Effects.
- Comfortable working with various design packages including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
