Job Description:
What will you do?
Lead on monitoring and alerting of the production infrastructure, including measuring availability, latency and reliability.
Maintain and enhance our existing GCP infrastructure using Terraform IaC.
Architect sophisticated deployment workflows.
Driving automation in our delivery pipelines and infrastructure.
Lead on incident response procedures and guidelines.
Coach and mentor teams at different levels of maturity, including all roles and functions.
Participate in troubleshooting of platform issues and outages

You have excellent communication and team working skills.
You have a strong track record of building resilient cloud applications at scale.
You love creating rapid prototype solutions.
You care deeply about agile software delivery, Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
You demonstrate by doing and role modeling to engineering teams on best practices.
Passion for automation and continuous improvement.
Passion for cloud computing.
You champion code-quality gates and infrastructure testing strategies.
A strong appetite to learn new technologies and a drive for continual improvement.
A desire to understand the business and where it is heading.
Qualifications
3+ years or equivalent in a similar role
Experience with Google Cloud Platform
Experience in at least of the following: Python, Ruby or Javascript
Experience with Terraform
Experience with Microservices architecture.
Experience building and maintaining fault tolerant platforms.
Bonus: Cloud certification
