Senior Business Analyst at Titanbay

Job Description:

What is the role?

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst - someone who will improve the speed of delivering new features and products by enabling process improvement and effectiveness within our technology division. You will work closely with key stakeholders and the Product team to ensure that the customer journeys are designed and implemented effectively.

Responsibilities will include:

• Perform analysis of current processes to deliver improvements for our Partners and overall performance of the Product and Delivery teams
• Strategically analyse and evaluate feasibility of improvements and making recommendations for solutions
• Perform gap analysis and data modeling to generate meaningful and actionable insights and leverage them to achieve goals set for the product
• Document analysis and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
• Support the team's Scrum and Sprint ways of working. Helping to define and communicate new features, user stories and refinements

Requirements:

• Experience with process modeling and the use of relevant tools, standards and techniques
• Proven experience with Business analysis best practices, policies and procedures
• Experience of Business analysis across the full project life-cycle
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working closely with internal technical teams
