Job Description:
What you'll be responsible for:
Create scalable and quality Code.
Instruct your team members and upskill them.
Sync with your manager on plans and help executing it within the Squad.
Honest and proactive governance of technical roadmap for your Squad.
Collaborating with across a cross-functional team
Contributing to enhance the ecosystem you are working on.
Ensuring strong technical standards in your squad and the right compromise between delivery and quality.
Skills required:
Experienced in delivering high scale microservices/distributed systems
Expert in JavaScript, Node, React, ES6+
Knowledge of Quality Governance, testing, monitoring etc.
Able to work closely with architecture and solution design
Directing technical planning and driving standards within your squad
