We're looking for an IT System Administrator to join our team. The System Administrator acts as the primary IT support to all loveholidays staff globally, providing support as needed in person or remotely, over chat, email or video calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person walkup and remote IT assistance
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot Mac OS, Windows, Chromebooks, IOS and Android devices
  • Support a Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure and Jamf environment
  • Manage joiners and leavers, account creation and deactivation
  • Manage a large estate of devices using tools such as Jamf and Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues
  • Update internal and external documentation
  • External vendor management for new devices
  • Manage multiple queues of helpdesk tickets within our SLA. We use Freshservice
  • Provide ‘All Hands’ meeting setup and support and general AV support/break-fix as needed Support Google meeting rooms
  • Completing other technical projects and tasks as needed
  • Core hours of work are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5:30pm, 3 days in the office with 1 weekend a month on call after probation

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience working in IT Operations
  • Degree in a technical subject or industry standard certificates
  • Experience managing omni channel support using an ITIL standard ticketing system
  • Experience supporting contact centres / phone systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure and/or Jamf
  • Strong knowledge of Mac OS and Windows operating systems
  • Working experience of AV setups and supporting company events
  • Ability to work individually and within a team, meeting deadlines and working on company wide projects
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard work hours to accommodate special projects or emergencies
