Job Description:

What you’ll do:

You'll build cutting-edge models and data pipelines to develop valuable features for our users like:

Recommendation systems empowering creators all over the world Optimizing user journeys on our platform - e.g. Churn, LTV/ CLV Creative algorithms that empower our creators

Alongside this, you'll:

• Understand the business and product needs and transform them into successful scientific and production-ready solutions
• Write production-grade code, served to our user audience
• Guide juniors in the team and be an excellent source of knowledge on all things Data Science!

About you:

• Industry experience with hands-on data science
• Extensive knowledge of Machine Learning disciplines and algorithms in various fields
• Experience with structured/ tabular data and similar problems (marketing, - recommenders)
• Excellent programming skills in python, R
• Experience in deep learning/ audio / video (nice to have)
• Software engineering background (nice to have)
• Passionate about music & art (nice to have)
