Summary of the role:

Are you the next Software Architect we are looking for?

• You will act as a software development engineer with additional responsibilities.
• You will define, drive and maintain software architecture with respect to customer requirements and company’s objectives for a given system or subsystem.
• You will be the point of contact to support and guide local development activity, promote best practices.

In this role you’ll:

• Be responsible for software architecture throughout the development lifecycle, taking into consideration system constraints and enterprise architecture strategic directions.
• Direct and coordinate software architecture studies for your functional area as well as the development lifecycle and development platform for your functional area
• Fullfill the duty of software developer for transversal projects and key internal frameworks, according to company standards (feasibility studies, design, development).
• Articulate the design to the development teams.
• Provide knowledge on state-of-the art software architecture, taking future developments into account.
• Select appropriate design standards, methods and tools
• Identify modelling, simulation and prototyping opportunities
• Be the interface between several internal stakeholders (internal customers, developers, security engineers, operations, …)
• Contribute to the architect community, educate, study options, and recommend evolutions.

About the ideal candidate:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Experience: At least 3-5 year working experience developing complex IT solutions.
• Proficient in Angular 2+ (8+ preferred), NodeJs, Javascript, HTML 5, CSS (with proven working experience).
• Proficient in C#, .Net Framework 4.5+, .Net Core, .Net 5 (server and/or client side).
• Proficient in Object Oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) is strongly preferred.
• Languages: Spanish and English is required
