Transaction Instruction Manager (TIM) is a global, client-facing instruction capture platform serving many product lines such as FX, Cash and Securities. Our priority is delivering a performant, usable, consistent UX across our applications.

We look first and foremost for people who are passionate about working with others and who think outside the box to meet real client needs.

You'll be hands-on and encouraged to apply your skills and depth of knowledge to all aspects of our software development lifecycle from idea generation through development and testing. You will partner with our stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals and deliver an excellent user experience for our external clients instructing through TIM (Transaction Instruction Manager).

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including but not exhaustive:

• Good analytical skills for effective problem solving

• Strong communication skills

• Our code base is primarily Java, Spring Boot and Angular, experience in any is desirable.

• Ability to understand and explain architecture and design across multiple systems

• Appetite for up-to-date industry-wide technology trends and best practices

• Willingness to learn new technologies

• Ability to work in large multi-cultural, collaborative teams

• Passionate about building an innovative and inclusive culture

• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages

• Understanding of requirements gathering, design, development, maintenance and support of applications
