The IT Services Department is looking to recruit a talented and experienced UX Designer to join their Application Development Team, working on mobile and web applications. You will design, plan, and carry out research to support and inform design choices. Your job will involve collecting insights about the needs and experiences of our users to help your team understand the people who use the services we provide to build better digital services. Your research will inform policy, strategy, service, content, and interaction design, ensuring our services work well for users and ensure the user journey on all applications is always positive. You will use this knowledge to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and wireframes and create and iterate clickable prototypes for validation. You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience). This position allows for working from home.
