Our clients are looking for a Xamarin developer responsible for building mobile applications. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and building quality products is essential.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience of developing projects using a Postgres database to support some existing products and two new platforms about to enter development. Any ancillary experience with PHP, MYSQL, ReactJS, Python, .NET, jQuery, JavaScript and CSS would be beneficial. Your ability to code over multiple projects, the creativity to take things one step further and your desire to learn new skills will mean you’ll quickly settle into working with our friendly team.
Requirements
· Three + years' experience with Xamarin, as well as three years' experience with mobile SDKs, for iOS and/or Android
· A firm grasp of C#.NET
· Familiar with various design and architectural patterns, such as MVVM,
· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {{e.g. Git, Mercurial or SVN}}
· Experience required: Core: C#.NET (MVC, Web API, Webforms, EF, SignalR, Winforms etc), Xamarin, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Postman, Fiddler
· A good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, or SVN
· Comfortable with Agile project management practices and task management through JIRA
