What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in English
- 5+ years of experience in Software Development and Software Architecture
- Good understanding of how frontend interfaces interact with backend services and common patterns (authentication, communication, etc.)
- Sound overall knowledge of cloud computing; APIs, microservices, application integration, and data architecture methodologies and industry best practices
- Past experience working with RESTFul APIs/Open API specifications is a big plus
Comfortable with agile software development and DevOps environments
- Broad understanding of how to communicate and ability to effectively communicate the value technology brings to the business
- You are able to architect solutions in cooperation with product teams to operate these services
What you’ll do:
- Working closely with engineers and product managers to bring the best value to Seedrs investors and entrepreneurs
- Effectively communicating with all stakeholders, both writing documentation and having in-depth technical discussions
- Ensure teams have a pragmatic approach balanced with code quality, architecture improvements and scalable processes
- Based on your in-depth know-how in requirements management/engineering and creating software specifications, you will be responsible for creating technical solutions and system integration with the development teams to enable digital transformation in our organisation
- Define standards, conventions, and toolsets for teams to use
- Work with the Architecture team to discuss the Technology Strategy and prioritisation and ensure long, medium and long terms goals are met
- Guarantee best practices in both infrastructure and software development

Interview Process
1.30 minute telephone screening call with the Talent Partner
2.1 hour interview and technical discussion with Software Architect and Senior DevOps Engineer
3.1 hour interview with CPO / CTO
4.20 minute Culture interview held by the People team
