What you’ll be doing

  • Join a cross-functional product team within a tribe that is focused on a key area
  • Have joint ownership of your teams approaches and methodologies
  • Be involved in all stages of building products from inception, through delivery and beyond

What we’re looking for in you

  • Enthusiastic engineers. We don’t believe engineers are defined by the technologies they use, but by their attitude and application. Our stack is Ruby/Elixir/TypeScript, and if you’re happy to work with those, we’d love to support you
  • Experience developing complex web applications/APIs in distributed architectures
  • A passion to write well-structured, idiomatic, tested code that balances elegance and pragmatism
  • Strong communication skills, ability to self-organise and work well within and outside your own team
  • Strike a good balance between technical and product thinking

Interview Process

  • Google Meet with an Engineering Manager
  • Take home coding exercise
  • Tech Interview (again via Google Meet) with an Engineering Manager and 1+ engineers
  • Offer! (or some detailed feedback on why we decided to not offer)
