We currently operate in various markets across the U.S. and we’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Lead) who is passionate about building a world-class web application set to be the future of private market transactions.

Your Role:

• You'll brainstorm with Managers, Designers, and Marketing Team to conceptualize and build new features for our user base.
• You’ll produce high-quality results by leading or contributing heavily to large cross-functional projects that have a significant impact on the business.
• You’ll take deep ownership of features & systems and define their long-term health, while also improving the health of surrounding systems.
• You'll assist our support team in triaging and resolving technical issues.
• You'll mentor other engineers and deeply review code.
• You’ll improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

Role Requirements:

• You’ve been building web applications professionally for 5+ years (on Laravel)
• You have solid experience with programming languages like PHP, Javascript, CSS, MySQL, jQuery and have worked with the Laravel platform
• You can lead technical architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions.
• You write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability.
• You are a strong communicator. Explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support, and other engineers is no problem for you.
• You possess strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, programming languages, distributed systems, and information retrieval.
• Strong management skills and can build and lead a team of developers
