Job Description:

At The Coca-Cola Global Delivery Center in Sofia, we are looking for IT Infrastructure Analyst who will join the Global Client Platforms team of senior engineers. The team is responsible for the IT infrastructure of The Coca-Cola Company world-wide. At this role you should strive to become the subject matter expert for on prem and cloud IT infrastructure systems by actively participating in the resolving of technical incidents, executing operational and maintenance activities under the guidance of the more senior engineers.

We’re looking for candidates with technical knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one of the following IT infrastructure areas:

  • Virtual Workspaces – Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Amazon Workspaces, VMWare Horizon or other virtualization technologies

  • Workstation Management – МЕМ, SCCM, Intune and/or JAMF

  • Active Directory – object management, schemas and group policies

  • Mobile Device Management – AirWatch, Workspace ONE, Intune, Mobile Application Management

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and life cycle planning where appropriate

  • Assist in 2nd level and provide 3rd level support

  • Develop and consult on operational processes to support the IT infrastructure environment.

  • Create documentation for Operations, Help Desk, and Region IT personnel

  • Create training materials for End Users

  • Act as a technical expert for IT infrastructure technologies

  • Research and implement cloud and on prem infrastructure products as appropriate

  • Consult with business and IT projects to gather requirements and translate those requirements into IT infrastructure solutions

  • Provide estimates and/or designs to project teams. Lead any necessary integrations or builds for projects

  • Collaborate with other internal (Cloud, O365, etc.) and external (vendors, service providers, etc.) teams

  • Manage vendor relationship with service and software providers.

  • Mentor junior team members and Region IT personnel. Elevate skill sets to facilitate ‘shift left’ of work

  • Contribute to new technology evaluation/selections

  • Participate in project planning and delivery

  • Assist in the evolution of Client Platform capabilities including the interfaces used by employees to access the overall KO technology landscape

  • Make decisions around Incident Management and issue resolution

  • Provide input to Annual Business Plan upon request

**Qualifications & Requirements: **

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • Technical Certifications will be considered as an advantage

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT or relevant related field

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Understanding of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and/or other VDI systems

  • Experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019

  • Knowledge of Group Policy Object (GPO) management and Microsoft PowerShell

  • Understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, identity management

  • Understanding of SCCM, JAMF and Intune operations concepts

  • Understanding of workstation management concepts

  • Understanding of Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management with Intune and/or AirWatch

  • Understanding of IP networking operation – routing, switching, subnet masks
