The V&A is looking for a Full-stack Developer to join our award winning multi-disciplinary Digital Media team. This is an exciting time to be joining the V&A, as we grow and extend our digital product portfolio and online engagement to support the opening of V&A East (a new Museum and Storehouse) in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in 2024, and the new V&A Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green (2023). The Digital Media team leads the design and development of a suite of visitor-facing digital products and services. Our award-winning collections data website was launched this year, and we have a rolling programme of improvements and an ambitious roadmap. This includes further feature development of the collections website, participation in research projects, and a significant expansion to our digital estate to support the growing V&A family. You will have experience of web development on the client and server side, keen to acquire new skills and ready for the challenge of delivering unforgettable V&A experiences to a diverse global audience.
