Job Description:

AELER is a logtech company designing hardware and software to meet fundamental logistics needs: efficiency, visibility & sustainability. We have created a tool to increase efficiency and map global logistics operations: a smart, light, robust and insulated container to replace the 60-year-old steel shipping container.

✓ Your responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement applications for our smart container data, on features such as Track & Trace, booking, shipment visibility
• Use NodeJS, mongodb and postgres technology stack
• Design software architecture based on business requirements, strategy and priorities
• Promote software engineering best practices via code reviews, building tools and documentation

✎ Your experience

Must have:

• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience or other evidence of exceptional ability
• Experience with NodeJS, and ideally functional programming
• Experience in Mongodb and Postgres with a good knowledge of query optimization
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Typescript, and a scripting language for data manipulation such as Python
