Senior Web Developer and IT Manager | Permanent Role | eCommerce Industry Your new company Our client is a well known Australian eCommerce brand specialising in mens retail. The brand operates globally out of the Sydney head office.
Your new role
The Senior Web Developer and IT Manager will lead the IT team with the ability to fully-understand the projects they manage and keep them on course by having a strong background and proven experience as front-end, back-end or full-stack developer as well as experience managing a small team internally or externally in previous roles.
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience in project management or team management.
• Proven experience as a Front-End, Back-End or Full Stack Dev.
• Strong Expertise in PHP 7 (Required), Web APIs, RESTful API
• Experience using and strong understanding of PHP MVC frameworks (Laravel and/or Yii specifically)
• DevOps Experience (AWS) : EC2, RDS, ECR, S3 bucket, CloudFront, Cloud Watch, Code Deploy, Route 53, etc
• Experience in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScrip, jQuery & React and working with XML & JSON feeds.
• Experience in Continuous Integration and version controlling GIT (Bit Bucket)
• Basic understanding of ecommerce workflow
