Summary of the role:

Are you the next Quality Assurance Associate Engineer we are looking for?

  • You will be responsible for writing and running automated scripts in testing Navitaire complex airline application software to ensure that products meet acceptable standards and end-user requirements
  • You will be involved in testing the application requires collaboration with US colleagues, business analysts, developers and other product development members
  • You will be required in getting functional, technical, and administrative supervision from a team lead but is expected to work with high levels of independence

In this role you’ll:

  • Perform all aspects of product testing including functional, component, regression and exploratory testing through manual or automated tests & Notify Test Lead of any major issues that may be encountered during testing
  • Ensure product testing is completed within guidelines and according to standards &Initiate, identify and implement improvements to the test processes and procedures
  • Create automated tests for products and services to support our agile processes

About the ideal candidate:

  • Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar discipline with good academic records from schools with reputable CS or IT programs
  • Relevant Work Experience: 0-2 years relevant experience
  • Business Understanding: Airline or Travel Industry knowledge a plus

  • Specific Knowledge: C#/.Net
