Requirements:
Be an expert practitioner with broad industry experience
Have advanced knowledge of Agile and user-centred design approaches
Be able to understand the strategic objectives of the organisation and how the insights will help them
Be comfortable having your findings challenged by stakeholders and the ability to clearly explain the insights
Have exemplary business analysis skills including communication, listening and organisational skills
Have expertise in eliciting and management requirements to meet user needs within a product or service focussed project
Be experienced in championing user-centred design principles and practices, applying these to the delivery of a product or service
Have hands-on experience in Business & Technical gap analysis
Be a strong presenter and happy to sell the benefits of business analysis to people who aren’t familiar with the discipline
Experience or familiarity working in the Finance Function (ideal but not mandatory).
