Job Description:

Requirements:

  • Be an expert practitioner with broad industry experience
  • Have advanced knowledge of Agile and user-centred design approaches
  • Be able to understand the strategic objectives of the organisation and how the insights will help them
  • Be comfortable having your findings challenged by stakeholders and the ability to clearly explain the insights
  • Have exemplary business analysis skills including communication, listening and organisational skills
  • Have expertise in eliciting and management requirements to meet user needs within a product or service focussed project
  • Be experienced in championing user-centred design principles and practices, applying these to the delivery of a product or service
  • Have hands-on experience in Business & Technical gap analysis
  • Be a strong presenter and happy to sell the benefits of business analysis to people who aren’t familiar with the discipline
  • Experience or familiarity working in the Finance Function (ideal but not mandatory).
