Because of our past, present and future growth, we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our high-performing and highly visible Salesforce Team!

What you'll do...

• Engage with all levels of the business to gather, analyze, and document requirements. • Design, configure, test, deploy, and support scalable declarative solutions. • Own projects from conception through completion and maintenance. • Properly document your work and create quality user-facing content (JIRA, Confluence, Lightning Knowledge). • Ensure timeliness, quality, accuracy, and process consistency. • Provide quality assurance testing of business applications and reports on an as-needed basis. • Take part in technical debt reduction initiatives.
• As appropriate, provide global support to end-users by identifying and resolving issues. • Co-present at our weekly Salesforce Office Hour where we demo new and existing functionality and help users live. • Answer user questions in the dedicated Slack channel when your expertise is called upon. • Contribute to the preparation of our monthly release notes. • Stay current on Salesforce features and functionality, prepare for Salesforce releases, and share knowledge with the team and internal customers.

What you'll bring...

• We would love for you to bring these qualifications to the table: • Certified Salesforce Administrator required. • 3+ years of experience administering a Salesforce org in a high-tech environment. • High-level proficiency in all core Salesforce administration, including Flow, etc. • Strong desire to learn and implement Salesforce best practices. • Experience with and desire to invest in properly documenting your work. • Experience working with stakeholders to understand business needs, elicit and document requirements, and design logical scalable solutions. • Understanding of internal customer service and support processes is a huge plus. • Experience with and knowledge of Service and Experience Clouds. • Experience with Marketo, Outreach, LeanData or similar solutions is a plus. • Familiarity with agile methodology and experience with JIRA is a plus. • Experience with DevOps and Copado is valuable. • Commitment to delivering quality work aligned with the CRM strategy while actively contributing to building a positive team environment. • Ability to operate independently, own your projects, and be accountable for your work. • Strong sense of diplomacy and desire to build bridges among people from different teams and cultures and excellent written and verbal communication skills to successfully work with users at various levels of application proficiency. • Ability to see the big picture, not just the technical details, and assess how a given request or proposed project fits into the overall CRM strategy. • Excellent project, time management, and organizational skills • Bonus points if you have the following... • A creative mind, a positive attitude and a "let's get it done" mindset that will allow you and your colleagues to perform, while having fun doing so!
