Position Description:
We are building a new team of agile development specialists to build and deliver a user centered solution in partnership with our client. We need developers with a keen eye for the latest technological trends and development methodologies.
As a Front End Developer, you will join a team who are building a critical component of the Canadian financial markets. Our project will deliver a custom built solution that is highlighted by the following technology approach; single page application, micro services architecture, event driven design, DevOps enabled.
Skills and experience important to this role
1- One or more modern JavaScript framework (Angular, AngularJS, Vue, React, Ember, etc.) Preference will be given to expertise in Angular 2+
2- One or more of the JavaScript build tools (WebPack, Gulp, Yarn, etc.)
3- Node.js and the different tools that it comes with
4- Large SPA (Single Page Application)
5- The latest standards HTML and JavaScript standards (HTML 5, Ecmascript 2017, etc.).
6- REST Web Services
7- Designing UI/UX skills
8- Git tools set (familiarity with the different branching techniques and strategies)
