We at Driver Information have the purpose to “drive the driver experience”. We are in one of the fastest growing areas within automotive today. What you will do

As an experienced Software Developer at Driver Information, you will become a member of a tight agile development team, which is responsible for the delivery of the whole software package for the driver centric displays in the car. Together with other specialists within user experience and system development, you will be working on the software development for the instrument cluster and head up displays at Volvo Cars.

We are looking for a structured, enthusiastic, self-driven and results oriented person, who has a high ability to work in teams, but also independently. You are genuinely driven by motivating others and autonomy in your work. You embrace development on a technical as well as on personal level.

For this role, it is important that you have strong skills in C++ programming, preferably in C++11/C++14. We also expect a solid background in Python programming.

Since we are a global company, fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.

It is meritorious if you bring the following with you:

• Knowledge of HMI systems and Unreal engine • Experience in working with ASIL B compliant SW development • Knowledge of SOMEIP/CAN/LIN protocols • Experience in developing for QNX/posix platforms • Experience in CI work with Git/Gerrit/Jenkins/Artifactory
