Job Description:

I am looking for a Technical Account Manager to join a start up client of mine who will be taking ownership of their Customer Success team and work very closely with the COO.

You will own accounts with mid-market and enterprise customers, taking handover from the sales team and help provide strategic and technical guidance for customers.

This start up is going through a lot of growth at the moment and offer a range of strong benefits.

The Role & Skills:

  • Good understanding of API-driven systems
  • Strong technical understanding of API Driven Systems and web architecture
  • Data Infrastructure knowledge would be very beneficial
  • Knowledge of sales CRMs
  • Understanding of billing & finance systems (Stripe, Nesuite Zuora etc)
  • Interested in scaling teams and the business
