Job Description:

Your role will involve:

• Develop back-end of whole OnBuy systems
• Write code and develop product
• Identify issues and find solutions
• Maintain and develop back-end systems for whole OnBuy solution including integration with new partners and updating back-end functionality

Experience required:

• Strong PHP knowledge & experience
• Minimum of 5 years commercial experience
• Ability to write clean, well-designed code
• Ability to troubleshoot and test core product software at multiple levels, to ensure strong optimisation
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• MySQL experience (essential)
• MVC framework experience (essential)
• JavaScript and jQuery experience (essential)
• HTML/CSS experience (essential)
• NoSQL database
• RESTful API experience
• Architecting software solutions
• Mentoring less experienced Developers
• Setting delivery expectations and communicating progress
• Performing peer code reviews
