Senior Software Engineer at Titanbay

Job Description:

What will the role involve?

• Working as a software engineer in one of our multidisciplinary agile teams to develop the back end of our digital products - this could be either on business-facing products, or on our internal systems
• Working with the Lead Engineer on the implementation of greenfield projects from start to finish
• Discussing different approaches to a problem among your team, and understand some of the pros and cons of common code and architecture patterns Valuing continuous improvement as an individual and a team

Requirements:

• Commercial experience with Node.js with extensive API development experience Experience with GCP or AWS
• Previous experience working in a fast paced and collaborative environment, ideally building highly available and reliable products
• Experience with Gitlab for CI/CD
• Appreciation for the importance of great test coverage and documentation
• A product and driven-data approach - we should always be putting the user first! Comfort with ambiguity and changing requirements
