Summary of the Role

As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll analyze customer systems and service requirements, support new and existing customers in the integration of Amadeus products or solutions. You’ll also support software implementation project activities at airline customers from different part of the world. In this role you will find a chance to;

Identify specific actions necessary to integrate Amadeus products/services. Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule. Write functional specifications used for customization and/or verify that specifications reflect customer requirements. Support project activities during the implementation. Guarantee that customized products/solutions meet specified requirements.

About Ideal Candidate

To succeed in the Implementation Engineer role, you’re required to have relevant experience in the following areas;

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, or System Implementation and/or Project Management in the software life cycle,
  • Experience in internal/external client management,
  • Ability to operate as team member and meet tight deadlines,
  • As you’ll work with international clients, we are looking for an excellent command of English level
  • Ability and willingness to work in a multicultural environment with a Global IT team and business units remotely
  • Analytical problem solving, process improvements and documentation skills are key abilities for this position
  • Willing to investigate new technologies, learn new methods and innovation,
  • No overseas travel restrictions.
  • Knowledge in software life cycle, analysis and test methodologies, analysis and test tools is a plus

Key accountabilities

  • Analyze customer systems and service requirements,
  • Understanding customer needs, apply implementation defined processes, coordinate with different stakeholders, Identify specific actions necessary to integrate Amadeus products/services,
  • Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule,
  • Follow up customer activities, Identify risks, escalate the issues to the relevant parties in timely manner, coordinate and manage customer and Internal meetings,
  • Provide improvement suggestions for Amadeus products and solutions and processes Manage product/solution set up,
  • Guarantee that customized products/solutions meet specified requirements,
  • Support project activities during the implementation.
