The Product team is a fast growing team of highly driven, curious and passionate product people. We use our product tools, techniques and processes to help the company make the best possible decisions.

This role will be central in improving the customer engagement of new users through better options, experiences and tools to drive higher first time connections with out clients and nurture customers for a lifelong engagement with us.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deeply understand your product area and users
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MVFers
  • Define, develop & communicate an inspiring product vision
  • Build a roadmap towards the product vision and prioritise it
  • Measure product performance
  • Drive product-led thinking
  • You will need to have an impact on key customer performance and engagement metrics

About you/Requirements for the role:

  • A passion for collaboration and a proven track record of bringing people with the right domain knowledge and skills together to achieve significant impact
  • Experience working with extensive detail and nuance without losing sight of the higher conceptual understanding and goals
  • Worked with agile engineering teams to slice outcomes to validate assumptions, mitigate risk, reduce unknowns and deliver value fast
  • Experience of working with platforms and tools that are used for user research, measuring customer experience, and creating and managing experiments and A/B tests (CRO) would be advantageous
  • You will need to triangulate the needs of customers, our clients and our business to develop mutually beneficial best practices that can be used widely across our broad platform of products and countries
