Job Description:
Responsibilities
Lead product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle
Work alongside internal stakeholders and customers to understand product requirements
Develop a monetization plan to include product pricing and positioning strategies
Write user stories and track product development against business requirements and acceptance criteria
Understand the competitive landscape as related to online communities and marketplaces
Synthesize available data (analytics, survey responses, interviews) to determine possible product enhancements
Monitor and help remove issues and blockers to product offerings
Drive product launches, including working with marketing, executives, and other product management team members
Test products and features for quality assurance purposes
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years experience in product management, digital marketing, advertising, or a - related field; including
5+ years managing or building community offerings or similar experience
5+ years of digital marketing agency experience (preferred)
Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle
Essential Capabilities
Demonstrated ability to develop business and development plans for the product(s)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Ability to empathize with internal and external stakeholders
