Job Description:
Role:
The ServiceNow Developer will:
Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed
Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services
Assist ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort
Provide mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators
Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion
Stay abreast of developments and maintains continued professional development
Requirements:
Strong frontend development experience and is interested to learn about ServiceNow
Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites when needed
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills:
Advanced System Administration
Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
Scripting experience in web/frontend languages such as: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, Web Services
Experience:
Experience with database design schemas and data modelling
Ideally you will have experience developing ServiceNow applications
Strong requirements gathering experience
