Lead Typescript Engineer at Bondsmith

Job Description:

As a Lead Typescript Engineer, you will be engaging with our products day to day and leading the front-end direction of these. You will be responsible for the product backlog, looking at the development processes used as well as the overall technical design. This role will include some line management responsibilities, but the overall emphasis will be on what your team produces so we need someone who’s willing to get stuck in and do hands-on development first and foremost.

Requirements:

• Strong client and server-side development experience in Typescript
• Experience with web development in React
• Experience with at least one cloud platform, ideally AWS
• Working knowledge of infrastructure tooling e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Experience building RESTful/ GraphQL API’s and SaaS products
• (Desirable) Experience working in fintech
• (Desirable) Experience with TDD, Trunk based development and Continuous Delivery principles
• Proficient in English
