Job Description:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our industry-leading team to deliver a range of innovative projects.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be working closely with clients to plan and develop industry-leading solutions.

You will be working with multiple teams in both agile and waterfall environments and will be responsible for leading and supporting of projects from inception to delivery, working with a team of high calibre technical individuals predominantly on the Microsoft development stack.

You will be involved in decision making on the technical aspect of projects and having a real influence on the products.

Ideally, you will have experience with Infrastructure as code (ARM or Terraform) and have experience of building CI/CD pipelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting project teams during the analysis and planning stages of software development

• Develop and manage CI/CD process for different types of application and automate as many processes as possible

• Manage and support customer environments in Microsoft Azure cloud

• Consult customers on technical aspects of installation, sizing, scaling

• Support development teams in technical questions of continuous integration/continuous delivery, delivery organizations

• Manage the full release process

• Documentation of infrastructure and components

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience of working with Microsoft Azure

• Experience of administering CI systems, creating pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git (Azure DevOps)

• Familiarity with Microsoft .NET development environment

• Scripting skills in PowerShell

• Experience of networking, storage, integration, compute, and analytics

• Experience of Windows & Linux containers and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) • Desired Skills and Experience

• You will have worked in a fast-paced, multi-project, multi-client software solutions environment.

• Experience working with Umbraco or similar Content Management Systems for Web

• Experience working with Xamarin or similar cross-platform solutions for Mobile

**Qualifications **

• University Degree (2:1 or above) in a related subject or similar experience/qualifications.
