Interview Process

1.Video call with member of product/engineering team to get an overview of what you are looking for in your career goals and aspirations, as well as an understanding of how we can work together (30 mins)

2.Technical interview - choose option (1 hour)

3.Option 1 - Present us some of your open source work, a side project or even another take-home tech task you built. Talk us through what it does, how you went about building it, and what you are most proud of.

4.Option 2 - Live coding challenges. Nothing too complicated, we're looking more at your approach to the problem. You can choose between' a React app that interacts with an API and presents the output; or a Node function that loads and processes an Excel file. Ideally we are looking for a test-driven approach for both.

5.Final stage interview with the co-founders to go over cultural fit, and your motivation to join KEY ESG (1 hour)
