Business Analyst

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements submitted by users or other departments in Amadeus Review change requests.
• Size specification.
• Provide information to the users as necessary for the elaboration of business proposals.
• Elaborate functional specifications.
• Deliver test scenarios.
• Interface with relevant departments to identify interaction with other Amadeus packages and assure functional compatibility.
• Test product in order to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity.
• Carry out the functional walk-through of the solution with the Development team and users.
• Ensure production integrity by validating and prioritizing reported problems.
• Interface and communicate with users and Support Team.
• Interface with users and Support Team during functional specification, testing and initial implementation phases as necessary.
• Write implementation guide
• Provide demos of solutions and new features to users and support team
• Provide L2 support of tool and features to the end-users and to Support Level 1
• Maintain and provide the Product Evolution Request priorities balance between developments and user enhancements.

Education & Specific knowledge:

• 3-5 years in similar positions
• C1 English and Spanish
• Agile experience/knowledge preferred.
• Functional Amadeus knowledge.
• Travel industry knowledge is a plus.
• Familiar in understand on software development life cycle and well understand on characteristic of each phase. knowing in application programming for cross platforms, using web-based technology (e.g. SOAP, WEB Services, SQL Database)
