Junior Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer (Ruby Python Java JavaScript React). Would you like to join a FinTech financial services company, work with a range of technology and continually learn as part of a supportive Agile development team?
As a Junior Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer you'll gain exposure across the full technology stack of their core loans product which specialises in providing small, short-term, secured loans that allow people to improve their credit ratings.
The loan origination and servicing platform has been built using Ruby on Rails (with a PostgreSQL database backend) hosted entirely in AWS (Amazon Web Services), they have decided to use JVM for future development. You'll be working across the full technology stack, the front end work will predominantly be done using JavaScript (including React and Redux) and the back end in Ruby and core Java. There are several upcoming Greenfield projects to get involved with working across the full technology stack.
You'll be based in South East London within walking distance of a major main line station, there's a friendly and collaborative team environment that will enable you to develop to your full potential. Driven by technology the company can offer remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures.
