We are looking for an exceptional, driven, hands-on Cloud Managed Services Operations Architect to join our team that can drive our rapid evolution from supporting self-hosted customers to Cloud Managed Services (CMS). The CMS Operations Architect will be responsible for developing and building a regional (APAC) Cloud Support operations team and creating processes, and tools that deliver the highest customer satisfaction in terms of system availability, performance, scalability and service management. The individual will also engage and collaborate with Neo4j clients, delivery partners, Neo4j Customer Support, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure that Cloud Operations fulfills the expectations of all stakeholders. This role will be based in India.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support Operations (24x7) on 3rd party Cloud Services including but not limited to AWS/GCP/Azure/OpenShift/Pivotal CF • Build new Neo4j environments in the customer-preferred cloud, or migrate existing environments • Create and continuously improve the end-to-end cloud hosting infrastructure operations from onboarding to ongoing maintenance of cloud-hosted customers • Define and implement process automation using commercially available and open-source tools • Assist sales and marketing in the development of content to be leveraged to position Neo4j’s Cloud Managed services, including assisting with key prospects during the sales cycle in APAC and EMEA • Effectively assist in onboarding new Cloud Managed Services customers in APAC and EMEA • Assist in developing and update Cloud Managed Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including creating a self-service knowledge base to enable issue resolution • Collect, analyze and report SLAs, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction • Drive operational improvements by collecting, analyzing metrics and customer feedback on a continual basis • Handle and resolve escalations related to cloud-hosted environments from customers and/or internal teams • Build and maintain the Cloud Managed Services related Processes, procedures, and policies including adherence to customer InfoSec and regulatory compliance • Assist in developing a training plan for the CMS and interested Neo4j team members in Cloud Certifications • Define and report Key Performance Indicators to monitor Cloud infrastructure health; define and report customer-facing service metrics • Conduct regular System Outage Analysis and other preventive maintenance tasks to proactively avoid system downtime. • Be a thought leader in scalable next-generation cloud architectures • Lead cross-functional implementation teams, including with offshore partners, to deliver world-class solutions to clients • Learn, coach, and share knowledge and skills with other Neo4j team members • Stay at the cutting edge of technology, turning it into a competitive advantage for Neo4j

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in IT, architecting, and building scalable, automated Cloud infrastructure • Senior Proficiency Level in AWS and GCP, code-defined infrastructure, configuration management tools, and CI/CDProficiency in OpenShift and Pivotal CF, a plus • Bachelor's or equivalent work experience degree in Computer Science or Computing Systems equivalent field. • Excellent client interactive skills • Experience with operating system scripting, programming languages, Agile project management practices • Demonstrated capability to lead and partner across disciplines to achieve high-impact results • Solid track record of building, motivating, and managing highly effective projects and transition • Effective verbal and written communication skills
