About Role - Remote Agile Project Manager

A UK-based digital product company is looking for a dynamic, creative, Agile Project Manager to help produce financial/investment data, charts, and dashboards for their clients.

This is a fully remote role and requires fluency in written and verbal English.

As an Agile Project Manager, you will be coordinating activities across multiple projects and teams to drive client projects, and complex financial data project success. This is a full-time permanent role for a true self-starter, someone who wants to build something from the beginning.

As our Remote Agile Project Manager you will be responsible for :

  • Tracking down all the requirements in JIRA and governing managing project documentation.
  • Managing projects towards successful completion, Create, track and report on project timelines.
  • Facilitating across multiple teams, bridging the gaps between Product Owners and Technical Leads.
  • Ensuring formalized Project, Schedule and Resource management.
  • Creating and managing project documentation such as project charter’s, requirements gathering documents.
  • Producing and distributing status and tracking reports for internal and external team members and senior management.
  • Managing resource work logs and managing capacity & Maintaining project management information and tracking systems.
  • Meeting with team members on a regular basis regarding project tasks to ensure project milestones are met
  • Leading problem solving and resolution efforts. & Driving Agile process improvement.
  • According to the "Inspect & Adapt" principle, you use your technical knowledge to continuously analyse and increase the efficiency of the development processes and monitor the quality of the work results by suitable agile measures.
  • Ensuring development teams are following the core agile principles.
  • Removing impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint goals (internal to the team as well as external, dealing with all crossfunctional teams as appropriate)
  • Actively communicate with the stakeholders, team members, and clients.

  • Degree educated in a relevant subject.
  • Substantial related experience( 3+) in technical project management.
  • Several years (3+) of proven experience working in agile.
  • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile.
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications, JIRA, Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • A thorough understanding of business requirements and the requirements gathering process
  • The ability to lead from within the team, able to make people follow you.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • A results-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural, remote-team environment.

  • Able to proactively communicate with non-technical stakeholders, manage expectations, and explain the value of addressing technical debt.
