Senior Mobile Engineer (Mobile Audio) at The Economist

Job Description:

The ideal skills for the role are:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Engineer with knowledge of React Native.
• Experience working with programming languages Swift, Objective C or Java, Kotlin (or similar).
• Experience with mobile application ecosystems including build pipelines, testing and app/release performance monitoring.
• Ability to develop and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.
• Experience with automated testing suites.
• Familiarity with UI best practices and an understanding of the impact it has on customers interactions with products.
• Mentorship experience - you’ll have been seen as a go-to person in your last role.
• Technical project management skills–allocating and communicating requirements is second nature.
• Comfortable working with and influencing peers at a high technical level.
