We’ll be growing our creator base considerably and will be developing and improving infrastructure to optimise for scale and performance.

What you will be doing:
Be a tech lead to help scope projects and help engineers implement requirements.
Contributing to the product roadmap via features scoped in projects and sprints.
Look for opportunities to optimise our codebase for performance, infrastructure and architecture.
Collaborating with and mentoring junior developers and performing code reviews.
Contribute to team meetings and help develop processes to optimise people and product efficiency.
Work cross-collaboratively with global sites to smooth out integrations between other Lightricks' Pillar apps (Facetune, Videoleap, Photoleap).
Leading efforts to enhance the functionality of our platform to be the SAAS solution that can service clients ranging in size from small businesses to enterprise agencies and brands.
Your skills and experience:
5+ years of experience developing in Ruby on Rails.
2+ years of experience with Node.js.
Have managed issues of scalability and performance optimisation.
Thrive in a team environment and can work cross-functionally with others.
