IT Support Analyst

Job Description:

I am currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to work within an exciting and technically hands on environment based in Gloucester.

The candidate will have experience in:

• Supporting and installing networking and infrastructure.
• Supporting a Microsoft Windows environment
• Supporting Apple devices
• Hardware skills.
• The ability to diagnose and repair hardware issue with PC, laptops, projectors –and other IT hardware

Key requirements:

• Networking Support
• Microsoft windows domains
• Excellent customer services and communication skills
• Ability to interoperate technical documentation.
• Be able to manage your time and workload
• Experience in administration of helpdesks, asset tracking & management systems
• MDM – Mobile Device Management experience
• An awareness of Cyber Security
• Active Directory
• DNS/DHCP
• Hyper-V
