Job Description:

Main Purpose of the role

Responsible for identifying and recording information about Ishida Europe’s IT processes, skills and systems to aid the business in planning and prioritising future projects that will improve the security and stability of the IT infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities

• Auditing and inventorying authentication systems and accounts

• Auditing, inventorying and classifying business data

• Auditing and inventorying business systems and software

• Auditing and inventorying software and system licences

• Auditing and inventorying network boundaries

• Documenting IT procedures and processes

• Be able to understand technical concepts and information in order to accurately record it

• Communicating with staff across regional offices, different departments and roles to find information as needed

• Complete all administration tasks to the Company required standards and within agreed timescales

• To assist in security related projects

• Data entry, recording and cleansing

What skills are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills, administration skills, strong research and documentation skills, proven experience of working with Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook and experience using Microsoft Teams.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable and confident working in a team environment as well as working alone, self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and demonstrate an organised and professional approach to tasks.
