We’re building software that allows businesses in developing countries like Pakistan to be able to come online easily and affordably; with our all-in-one app that includes a localized DIY website builder, CRM, social media tool, ads manager, and omni-channel inbox.

We've raised VC funding from Silicon Valley-based investors, and as we’re building our team, we need talented and motivated individuals to join our team.

You’ll be joining our Islamabad/Rawalpindi based team for a full-time in-house position. Our ideal candidate is independently driven and has a knack for getting things done. We’ll be working from 10:00 AM PST to 6:00 PM PST -- open to flexible arrangements depending on the candidate.

Role:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing our product launch and evolution. You’ll be instrumental and own growing portions of our product roadmap by understanding key customer requirements, competitive landscape, innovation opportunities, the latest industry trends, and synthesizing requirements and product solution design.

You’ll build open and trusted collaboration with the design and engineering teams to deliver the product roadmap by efficiently managing the backlog following Agile principles. You’ll work as a key point of contact for the product by Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Marketing teams from ideation to product launch and adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining the vision and strategy of our product through deep collaboration with the co-founders, engineering, and design teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the cofounders and a team of software developers and designers to execute the product vision.
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and marketers to identify new opportunities for product development
  • Collaborate with the team to handle the day-to-day project planning, requirements gathering, and status updates.
  • Translate product strategy, vision, and user needs into ideas and deliverables in an organized, process-driven way.
  • Support product development from inception to launch, defining business requirements, feature development, and roadmap.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate ideas into requirements and solutions
  • Ability to discover customer and market needs, and to evaluate and prioritize the highest value problems to solve both quantitative and qualitative input
  • Collaborative, team-focused, able to identify, present, validate and define solutions, and iterate on problems in group settings
  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
  • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges

Requirements:

  • 3+ years previous experience within a product manager, associate product manager, or manager role. Experience working on a SaaS platform is a plus
  • Experience managing products and demonstrated passion for user experience, digital design, and technology
  • Experience working with customers to understand business needs
  • Experience working with a project management solution, such as Asana or Jira
