Summary of the role:

Are you the next Navitaire - SkyLedger Business Analyst we are looking for?

  • You will be responsible for managing carrier inquiries working with engineering to research requests or issues, identify solutions, and create/document actionable Product Backlog Items (PBIs).
  • You will be able to gather requirements from all stakeholders including customers, Operations, Security and Navitaire Business Stakeholders.

In this role you’ll:

  • Liaise with customers and/or product leadership to understand business needs, problems encountered, and discuss options for solutions.
  • Research/analyze carrier requirements and incidents using several technical tools
  • Lead grooming and maturation of user stories ensuring that clear acceptance criteria are documented
  • Collaborate with other Navitaire and Amadeus departments including other product teams, development, operations, marketing, and account management

About the ideal candidate:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ Years in the software industry, delivering solutions as part of a software development or product management team
  • Demonstrated analytical and qualitative capabilities to perform research - reading software, analyzing data through SQL
  • Experience in delivering quality end-to-end product enhancements in a highly dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss both functional and technical concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a technical discipline (such as MIS)
  • Working experience with Agile Methodologies
