Job Description:

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in defining and documenting user stories and requirements for Agile
  • Extensive experience in managing the business stakeholders and running stakeholder management sessions
  • Experience in facilitating technical teams to self-organize into sprint teams
  • Previous experience working on software deliveries to the FINTECH industries and a - solid understanding of the expectations of customers in these fields
  • Able to understand the needs of the business for predictable timelines when working with the senior management of the business
  • Strong experience in an environment that uses continuous build, delivery, and test
  • Able to facilitate the Sprint/SCRUM rituals including daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives
  • Able to set up and manage JIRA boards and tickets and use the burn-up/burn-down metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present status and findings in a compelling way
  • Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Passion for sustainability or awareness of the conditions that face our planet
