Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in defining and documenting user stories and requirements for Agile
Extensive experience in managing the business stakeholders and running stakeholder management sessions
Experience in facilitating technical teams to self-organize into sprint teams
Previous experience working on software deliveries to the FINTECH industries and a - solid understanding of the expectations of customers in these fields
Able to understand the needs of the business for predictable timelines when working with the senior management of the business
Strong experience in an environment that uses continuous build, delivery, and test
Able to facilitate the Sprint/SCRUM rituals including daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives
Able to set up and manage JIRA boards and tickets and use the burn-up/burn-down metrics
Excellent communication skills and ability to present status and findings in a compelling way
Degree in Computer Science or similar
Excellent communication skills and team player
Passion for sustainability or awareness of the conditions that face our planet
