About the role:

We are looking for a Lead Developer ready to progress to the next level, ideally you will have up to 5 years proven experience. This role will be joining an existing and established team of developers with varied skillsets and levels of experience. The work will be a mixture of client site (virtual) digital projects and internal innovations.

The successful Lead Developer will have extensive experience in both React and Node. If you have great attention to detail, good organisational skills and you are comfortable working in a team as well as flying solo, we would like to meet you.

Required skills:

• React.js
• Node.js
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience in writing testable code - Unit/Integration/End-to-end testing
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment

Desirable skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Docker
• Code version control using git
• Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge on Cloud services such as AWS or Azure
• Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
