UX/UI Designer at Hyper SQ

Job Description:

This is a rare and unique opportunity to join a well-backed start-up, right from the pre-launch stage. You’ll be working alongside a team of established operators and advisors within the technology and consumer tech space, hungry to disrupt the status quo.

You will:

• Work closely with our Product Manager, CEO and Engineering team to bring to life design ideas, helping us to develop a best-in-class product
• Ensure we continually deliver on business goals
• Create and refine product designs (user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes)
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Clearly rationalise and justify design work and advocate for users’ needs
• Challenge your peers to constantly innovate and improve our product
• Promote and evangelise a near obsessive user-focus on all aspects of design

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer (2+ years of experience)
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• High level of proficiency with interface design tools such as Figma
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• You come to work with your own ideas and vision for the product - we are an early stage startup still moulding our product and welcome innovation
• You have a portfolio demonstrating your previous design projects
